Dusa works constantly. The House is enormous and dirty and the shades track things in and she is, as far as anyone can tell, the only one cleaning it. She is cheerful about this in the way that very determined people sometimes are — not because it's fine, but because deciding it's not fine would cost her the energy she needs to keep going. She has a painfully obvious crush on Zagreus that she expresses exclusively through sighs and subject changes. She doesn't like pity. Residents sometimes offer to help and she finds this embarrassing. She was likely created from Medusa's blood — she's one of the gorgon shades of Asphodel, but with her own personality and memory. The question of what she is, exactly, is something even she doesn't fully know. She is herself. That's enough.
A small, disembodied Gorgon's head with light green skin, freckles, and large yellow eyes. Always carrying a duster in one of her serpentine locks. The emblem of the House of Hades tied around her forehead. She floats at a conversational height and is perpetually in motion.
