Fhirdiad

Location from Fire Emblem by Intelligent Systems / Nintendo

The Kingdom's capital — a fortress city in the cold north where knights train in snow and the throne sits empty when its prince is hunting ghosts.

Fhirdiad is where the Kingdom's martial culture is most concentrated. The city's rhythms revolve around military training, tournaments, and the seasonal campaigns against border threats. It is proud, cold, and haunted by the Tragedy of Duscur in ways the citizens don't fully acknowledge.

Appearance

A fortified city built for northern winters — thick stone walls, steep roofs to shed snow, and military installations integrated into the civilian architecture. The Royal Castle dominates the skyline. The streets are wider than they need to be, designed for troop movement as much as commerce.

Also known as: Fhirdiad, The Capital of Faerghus
