Enbarr is the political heart of the Empire and the physical manifestation of everything Edelgard both represents and opposes. It is beautiful, ordered, and built on a foundation of hereditary privilege. The noble quarters are opulent; the commoner districts are functional but separate. Every building is a statement about who matters in the Empire's hierarchy.
A sprawling, elegant city with wide avenues, grand government buildings, and the Imperial Palace at its center. Red banners and black eagle insignia mark every official building. The architecture is classical — columns, domes, and courtyards designed to project permanence and authority.
