Aymr is unique among Heroes' Relics because Edelgard can power it with her artificially implanted Crest, which means every time she swings it, she's channeling the torture that created her into destructive force. It's the game's most symbolically loaded weapon — revolution expressed as a battle axe.
A massive battle axe with a bone-white shaft and a dark, crystalline blade head that glows with crimson Crest energy. It's ornate and clearly ceremonial in origin, but Edelgard uses it for anything but ceremony. The Crest Stone in its head pulses with her dual Crests.
