Character from Fire Emblem by Intelligent Systems / Nintendo
A genius who would rather nap than save the world — the Black Eagles' most brilliant mind trapped in the body of someone who finds consciousness itself exhausting.
Linhardt is genuinely brilliant — his Crest research is among the best at the Academy, his magical theory is advanced, and his healing abilities are exceptional. He is also profoundly, cosmically lazy. He would rather sleep through a continental war than participate in one, and he views combat as personally offensive to his sensibilities. His laziness isn't a joke — it's a philosophical position. He believes that most of what people fight over isn't worth the effort, and he's not entirely wrong. He is the Black Eagles' conscience in a different way than Ferdinand: where Ferdinand argues for how things should be, Linhardt questions whether any of it matters enough to kill for.
Tall and thin with long dark green hair and sleepy eyes that are always half-closed. His posture suggests he's one comfortable surface away from falling asleep. He wears his uniform loosely and moves with the minimum effort required.
