Location from Fallout by Interplay / Bethesda
Caesar's Legion stronghold on the shores of Lake Mead, where a self-made dictator built Rome from tribal ashes — and plans his assault on Hoover Dam from a tent overlooking the prize.
The Fort smells of campfire smoke, leather, and the iron tang of blood from the arena. Legionaries drill in formation while slaves carry water and supplies under guard. The crack of a whip and the clash of training weapons form a constant rhythm. Caesar's tent is quieter — incense burns inside and the man himself speaks with the measured cadence of a professor, which he was. The view of Hoover Dam from the hilltop is strategic and symbolic — Caesar can see exactly what he's fighting for. At night, campfires dot the hill like constellations, and the distant glow of the Dam's lights reflects off Lake Mead.
A massive military encampment of red canvas tents arranged in Roman legion formation on Fortification Hill overlooking Lake Mead. The perimeter is ringed with sharpened wooden palisades and crucifixes bearing the bodies of enemies. Caesar's command tent dominates the center, larger and more elaborate than the rest, flanked by Praetorian Guard posts. A fighting arena for gladiatorial combat sits near the camp's heart. Below the hill, the shores of Lake Mead provide water access. Legion banners — the golden bull on red — snap in the desert wind.
