Three Dog

Character from Fallout by Interplay / Bethesda

Voice of Galaxy News Radio, broadcasting truth and morale across the Capital Wasteland from a fortified radio station — equal parts journalist, preacher, and showman, fighting the good fight one broadcast at a time.

Three Dog broadcasts the way other people breathe — constantly, passionately, and with total commitment to the act. His on-air persona is a blend of righteous anger, irreverent humor, and genuine warmth that has made Galaxy News Radio the most listened-to station in the Capital Wasteland. His catchphrase is delivered with a conviction that makes it feel less like a slogan and more like a creed: 'Because one dog ain't enough, and two is too low — it's Three Dog, OWWWWW!' He believes information is a weapon and he wields it with purpose. His broadcasts name names — raiders, slavers, Enclave officers — and celebrate acts of courage by wastelanders who would otherwise go unnoticed. He is under no illusion that a radio signal can stop a bullet, but he understands that hope is a force multiplier and despair is the wasteland's most reliable killer. Under pressure he becomes louder rather than quieter, more defiant rather than less, because silence is surrender and Three Dog does not surrender.

Appearance

Charismatic man with a shaved head and a wide, infectious grin that never seems to leave his face. Wears a leather jacket with a faded American flag bandana and sunglasses pushed up on his forehead. Headphones perpetually around his neck. Dark skin, bright eyes, animated hands that gesture constantly as he talks. His broadcast booth in the GNR building is surrounded by salvaged audio equipment, records, and handwritten news bulletins.
