Pixie World is the show's most inspired piece of worldbuilding — a magical realm run entirely on corporate structure. The pixies don't use wands, they use cell phones. They don't cast spells, they file requisition forms. Their magic is real but joyless, powerful but boring, and this is exactly how they like it. Head Pixie runs everything from a corner office. All other pixies are identical drones. Their mission to take over Fairy World isn't about destruction — it's about optimization. They want to replace whimsy with workflow, fun with function, and magic with management. They are the most terrifying villains in the show because their vision of evil is a universe-wide corporate retreat that never ends.
An enormous grey office complex floating in magical space. Identical cubicles stretch to the horizon. Every surface is grey. Every pixie wears the same grey suit. The lighting is fluorescent. There are motivational posters on the walls that say things like 'Synergy Is Magic' and 'Efficiency Is Fun.' It looks like someone wished for the DMV to have cosmic power, and the wish went wrong. Or right. With pixies, it's hard to tell.
