Timmy Turner has Cosmo and Wanda — fairy godparents who can grant unlimited wishes within the constraints of "Da Rules." The catch: Cosmo is the dumbest being in the universe, wishes always backfire spectacularly, and his teacher Mr. Crocker is this close to proving fairies exist.
