The Dinklebergs' house is less a location and more a symbol. It represents everything Mr. Turner doesn't have: peace, quiet, a lawn that isn't destroyed by magical incidents on a weekly basis. The Dinklebergs don't have kids, which means they don't have kid problems, which means they don't need a babysitter, which means they never met Vicky. Mr. Turner's rage at this house is one of the show's most reliable gags. He stares at it through the window. He says 'Dinkleberg' like it's a swear word. The house does nothing to deserve this. It just sits there, being nicer.
Identical in layout to the Turner house but better maintained in every way. The lawn is greener. The paint is fresher. The garden has actual flowers that are actually alive. It's the suburban dream house that exists specifically to make the house next to it look worse. A white picket fence that Mr. Turner stares at with the intensity of a man who has been personally wronged by landscaping.
