Star-topped wands that channel fairy magic — the instruments through which every wish is granted, every transformation happens, and every catastrophe begins with a sparkle and a 'poof.'
Magic wands are the physical instruments of fairy power. They're how wishes get granted, how fairies transform between their true form and disguises, and how magical effects manifest in the physical world. Without their wands, fairies are effectively powerless — they can float, but that's about it. The wands draw power from the Big Wand in Fairy World, which means if the Big Wand goes down, all wands stop working simultaneously. This has caused multiple crises. The wands can be stolen, broken, and misused — when a non-fairy gets a wand, bad things happen, which is why Da Rules has an entire section about wand security that nobody follows.
Black stick with a gold five-pointed star on top. Every fairy has one. They glow when activated, produce sparkles and a signature 'poof' sound effect when granting wishes. Cosmo's and Wanda's wands match their color schemes — green and pink sparkles respectively. The wands look deceptively simple for objects that can reshape reality.
