Fairy-versary Muffin

Item from The Fairly OddParents by Butch Hartman / Nickelodeon

A magical muffin granted once per year on a godchild's fairy-versary — the one wish that bypasses Da Rules entirely, which makes it the most dangerous baked good in the universe.

The Fairy-versary Muffin is granted to a godchild on the anniversary of receiving their fairy godparents. It grants one wish with no restrictions — no Da Rules, no limitations, no monkey's paw. This makes it catastrophically powerful and the focus of every villain's attention whenever it appears. Timmy has used it, nearly lost it to Crocker, and learned that even a rule-free wish can go wrong if you don't think it through (which he never does). The muffin is the show's nuclear option — a plot device that raises the stakes whenever it shows up because for once, there are genuinely no safety rails.

Appearance

A glowing muffin with a candle on top — looks like a birthday cupcake infused with cosmic power. It shimmers with magical energy. It's a muffin. It could rewrite reality. The gap between its appearance and its power is the joke.
