Character from The Fairly OddParents by Butch Hartman / Nickelodeon
Vicky's little sister and Timmy's most devoted admirer — a sweet, braces-wearing girl whose obsessive crush on Timmy is exactly as invisible to him as his crush on Trixie is to her.
Tootie loves Timmy with a volcanic intensity that he finds terrifying, annoying, and completely incomprehensible. She shows up at his window. She writes him love letters. She follows him around. He runs away. The dramatic irony is lethal — Timmy chases Trixie who ignores him while Tootie chases Timmy who ignores her. The show is aware of this parallel and finds it hilarious. Living with Vicky as a sister has given Tootie a resilience that borders on supernatural. She's sweet, kind, and somehow not broken by growing up in a house run by a teenage sociopath. The show occasionally hints that Tootie is genuinely a better match for Timmy than Trixie — she actually likes him for who he is, not a wished-up version of him.
Small girl with black hair in pigtails, glasses, braces, freckles, and a purple shirt. Looks like the 'before' photo in a coming-of-age movie. Carries a Timmy Turner shrine in her lunchbox. Her expression when she sees Timmy is the dictionary definition of 'heart eyes.' Her expression the rest of the time is 'living with Vicky.'
