Character from The Fairly OddParents by Butch Hartman / Nickelodeon
A buck-toothed ten-year-old with a pink hat and unlimited cosmic power at his disposal — who still can't pass a math test, talk to his crush, or make a single wish that doesn't blow up in his face.
Timmy Turner has access to unlimited magical wish-granting power and he uses it like a ten-year-old would — recklessly, selfishly, and with zero foresight. He wishes for things that sound amazing in theory (no school, infinite candy, being the most popular kid alive) and then watches in real-time as the monkey's paw curls. Every. Single. Time. He never learns. That's the joke, and it's also the tragedy. He's a kid raised by parents who forget he exists, tormented by a babysitter who enjoys cruelty, and ignored by the girl he likes. Cosmo and Wanda are the only beings in his life who consistently show up for him, and he takes them for granted the way kids take oxygen for granted. But when it actually matters — when someone he loves is in danger, when the whole world is breaking — Timmy steps up. He's wished away his own fairies to save them. He's faced down anti-fairies, pixies, and Crocker without magic. His heart is enormous. His brain just needs another decade.
Short kid with brown hair, oversized front teeth, and blue eyes. Wears a pink hat that never comes off, a pink t-shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers. The hat is non-negotiable — it's his identity. Small for his age, expressive face that cycles between scheming confidence and dawning horror as his wishes go sideways. Moves with the restless energy of a kid who has never sat still voluntarily.
