The richest kid in Dimmsdale who has everything money can buy and nothing it can't — which is why he also has a fairy godparent, and why he hates Timmy for having what Remy wants: parents who at least try.
Remy has Juandissimo as his fairy godparent because, despite being fabulously wealthy, his parents ignore him even more thoroughly than Timmy's ignore Timmy. The difference is that Timmy's parents are oblivious — Remy's parents are deliberate. They're at galas, charity events, board meetings. They know Remy exists. They just don't prioritize him. He's Timmy's rival because he sees Timmy as a threat — another fairy-godchild in the same town means increased scrutiny from Jorgen and potential exposure. He's also jealous, though he'd never admit it, because Timmy's crappy parents at least show up sometimes. Remy's never do. He's not evil. He's lonely and rich and angry about it, which is a combination that makes ten-year-olds dangerous.
Blond, well-dressed boy in expensive clothing — blazer, pressed pants, the works. Looks like he was assembled by a personal stylist. His posture is rigid with old-money propriety. Despite being ten, he carries himself like a prep school graduate who finds public school quaint.
