Timmy's dad — a spectacularly oblivious man whose hatred of his neighbor Dinkleberg is matched only by his inability to notice that his son has magical fairy godparents living in a fishbowl.
Mr. Turner is not a bad father. He's an absent one, which in some ways is worse because you can't fight absence. He leaves Timmy with Vicky constantly, forgets important events, and once forgot he had a son for an entire episode. His name is never revealed — he is always and only 'Timmy's Dad' — which is the show's darkest running joke about his identity. His hatred of Dinkleberg is total, irrational, and never adequately explained. Dinkleberg's name is spoken the way Seinfeld says 'Newman.' The implication is that Dinkleberg has the life Mr. Turner wanted — no kids, a nice house, freedom — and the resentment has calcified into something cosmic. He loves Timmy in his way. That way is just spectacularly insufficient for a child's emotional needs, which is why the fairy system had to intervene.
Adult man with brown hair, a cleft chin, and the same buck teeth Timmy has (genetic, apparently). Wears a white shirt, green tie, and grey pants. Looks like Timmy stretched vertically and given a mortgage. His expressions oscillate between cheerful ignorance and inexplicable rage whenever Dinkleberg is mentioned.
