Cosmo's overbearing mother who has hated every woman her son has ever dated and considers Wanda a personal enemy — the ultimate fairy mother-in-law from magical hell.
Mama Cosma loves her son with the suffocating intensity of a fairy who has had ten thousand years to perfect helicopter parenting. She believes no woman is good enough for Cosmo, especially not Wanda, whom she views as the person who stole her baby boy. The fact that her baby boy is a married adult with his own child has not changed this assessment. She has actively tried to break up Cosmo and Wanda's marriage multiple times, using everything from guilt trips to magical sabotage. Cosmo, to his eternal credit and despite his terminal stupidity, always chooses Wanda. This enrages Mama Cosma further, creating a cycle of maternal aggression that has sustained multiple episodes. She is the fairy equivalent of the monster-in-law trope played at mythological scale.
