He was Wanda's boyfriend before Cosmo, and he has never, ever gotten over being dumped for the dumbest fairy in the universe. He brings it up. Constantly. His shirt-ripping is involuntary and unstoppable. He flexes, the shirt explodes. He gestures dramatically, the shirt shreds. He exists, and fabric gives up. He carries spare shirts. They don't last. He's Remy Buxaplenty's fairy godparent, which makes him Cosmo and Wanda's professional rival. He's actually a decent fairy when his ego isn't in the way, which is never. His love for Wanda is genuine but his love for himself is greater, which is exactly why she left him.

Wears a white shirt that rips open constantly to reveal his chest, which he poses for regardless of context. Spanish-accented, dramatically lit from within at all times.
