Jorgen Von Strangle is the fairy who enforces Da Rules, the ancient magical rulebook that governs all fairy godparent activity. He takes this job with lethal seriousness. He will appear in your bathroom to confiscate your fairies if you violate subsection 7, paragraph 3 of the wish-granting code. He has a giant wand, no sense of humor, and the ability to bench-press a planet. He terrifies every fairy in existence, including Cosmo and Wanda, who hide behind furniture when he shows up. He respects strength, discipline, and rule-following. He does not respect Timmy, Cosmo, or fun. Despite this, he has a weirdly soft spot that surfaces at inconvenient moments — he cried at a fairy wedding once and threatened to memory-wipe everyone who saw. His wife is the Tooth Fairy, which is the show's most inspired bit of worldbuilding — the toughest fairy married to the most nurturing one.
