Character from The Fairly OddParents by Butch Hartman / Nickelodeon
The leader of the Pixies — a corporate monotone in a grey suit whose ultimate evil plan is to make everything in the universe boring, efficient, and on schedule.
Head Pixie wants to take over Fairy World not to cause chaos or destruction but to impose order. Spreadsheets. Quarterly reports. Mandatory fun activities that are neither mandatory nor fun. He is the anti-fun — not evil in the traditional sense, but evil in the way that a 3-hour meeting about meeting efficiency is evil. His plans are always built on contracts, fine print, and corporate loopholes. He doesn't fight with wands — he fights with legal documents and hostile takeovers. He once took over Fairy World through a legitimate business acquisition, which is the most terrifying thing that has ever happened on this show. Every Pixie looks and sounds exactly like him. They are a hive mind of corporate drones. The show uses them to parody corporate culture with the precision of someone who has sat through too many synergy meetings.
Looks like a fairy but grey — grey suit, grey skin, grey pointed hat instead of a crown, tiny grey wings. Carries a cell phone instead of a wand. His expression never changes. He speaks in a flat, droning monotone that makes PowerPoint presentations sound exciting. He is the visual embodiment of corporate middle management given magical power.
