Anti-Cosmo is Cosmo's opposite in every way: intelligent, articulate, scheming, and married to Anti-Wanda, who is the smartest anti-fairy (because anti-fairies invert everything, and Cosmo's wife is smart, so his wife's counterpart is... look, the logic tracks if you don't think too hard). He leads the anti-fairies and plots against Fairy World with the patient sophistication of a chess grandmaster. His plans are actually good. His execution is solid. He loses because the show's protagonists have magical wish-granting powers and the narrative mandate of a Nickelodeon cartoon, not because he's incompetent. He is Foop's father and the primary leader of Anti-Fairy World. Friday the 13th is his Christmas — the one day anti-fairies can roam free and cause bad luck.
Looks like Cosmo but dark blue, with bat wings instead of fairy wings, fangs, a monocle, and a bowler hat. Wears a suit. Where Cosmo is disheveled and grinning, Anti-Cosmo is immaculate and scheming. His crown is pointed downward. Everything about him is Cosmo inverted — dark where Cosmo is light, sharp where Cosmo is soft.
