Storkules is the show's purest comedic-heroic character: genuinely good, genuinely strong, and genuinely unable to read a room in ways that make him simultaneously helpful and exhausting. He is the son of Zeus and older brother of Selene, making him royalty among the Olympian gods. His role is God of Strength and Heroes. He takes this role seriously in the way a very noble golden retriever takes its job as household guardian seriously — with complete devotion, no nuance, and a willingness to move the Earth back into orbit if that's what's needed (which it once was). His friendship with Donald is the show's most comedically asymmetric relationship: Donald finds him overwhelming; Storkules considers their friendship the great emotional adventure of his immortal life. He moved to Duckburg at one point because proximity seemed friendlier. Donald had thoughts about this. The show agrees with both of them, which is why it works.
A tall, enormously muscular stork with flowing blonde hair, wearing a gold silk tunic, bronze bracelets, and sandals. He stands a full head taller than most of the cast and takes up corresponding physical space with the warm confidence of someone who has never had reason to make himself smaller. He flexes occasionally in the way someone might absentmindedly tap a table.
