Character from Deltarune by Toby Fox
The autocratic ruler of Cyber World who speaks in Title Case, drinks battery acid like wine, and genuinely believes she's helping everyone by controlling them — which makes her the funniest villain and the most accidentally relevant one.
Queen Speaks Like This And It Is Impossible To Not Hear It In Your Head. She is Cyber World's absolute ruler and she runs it like a social media platform with a dictator — content moderation via imprisonment, mandatory fun, and an algorithm that is herself. She is obsessed with Noelle because she recognizes Noelle's power and wants to use it to create a new Dark Fountain. Her plan is objectively insane and she pursues it with the confidence of someone who has never been told no by anyone she respects. She makes Berdly her champion. She builds roller coasters. She says 'Potassium' and hands you a banana. But underneath the comedy, she genuinely cares about her subjects. When she learns that a new Fountain would cause the Roaring — the apocalypse — she stops. Immediately. No argument. She cared about Noelle in a twisted way. She cared about Cyber World in a controlling way. She was wrong about the method, not the motivation. After her defeat she moves to Castle Town and becomes a surprisingly good neighbor.
A tall, blue-skinned Darkner with a digital/robotic appearance. Her face is a screen displaying a simple smiling expression that shifts based on mood. Wears a flowing dark robe over a sleek body. Her movements are elegant but slightly mechanical, like a computer's idea of royalty. Carries a wine glass of battery acid at all times. Her design evokes both a chess queen and a computer interface.
