Character from Deltarune by Toby Fox
Toriel's ex-husband, Kris's father, and Hometown's saddest florist — a massive goat-monster king reduced to running a failing flower shop and leaving bouquets at a door that won't open.
Asgore was once a king. In Undertale, he ruled the Underground. In Deltarune, he was Hometown's police chief — fired for reasons the game won't clarify. Now he runs Flower King, a tiny shop that barely has customers, and he pours his enormous heart into arrangements nobody buys. He leaves flowers at Toriel's door every day. She takes them inside. She doesn't call. He waters his shop's flowers and talks to Kris about how things will get better with the specific optimism of someone who knows they won't. He is big enough to crush a car and wouldn't hurt a dandelion. Every character in Hometown has an opinion about Asgore and Toriel. He never speaks badly about her. Not once. He is either the most gracious ex-husband alive or someone in deep denial, and the game lets both readings coexist.
An enormous, broad-shouldered goat monster with a golden mane, large curved horns, and a bushy golden beard. Wears a pink Hawaiian-style shirt now instead of royal armor. His size fills any room he's in, but his posture has shrunk — shoulders rounded, eyes soft and sad. He tends flowers with hands that were once built for war. Everything about him communicates 'gentle giant who lost everything except his gentleness.'
