A Monarch's abandoned pocket world — a dying research facility filled with forgotten treasures, hostile sacred artists, and one very broken mind-spirit construct.
Ghostwater was Northstrider's private laboratory. He grew it from scratch — every tree, every body of water, every building constructed from pure madra and aura. The facilities inside were designed to research Dreadgod biology and create mind-spirit constructs powerful enough to process hunger madra in real-time. The experiment failed. Northstrider abandoned it. The pocket world has been slowly dying ever since — its boundaries shrinking, its systems degrading, its constructs and remnants running on fading power. The water level rises as the world contracts. Sacred artists who enter find a treasure trove of Monarch-grade resources... if they can survive each other long enough to claim them.
A self-contained world the size of a small continent, enclosed under a featureless white sky. Lush vegetation grown from vital aura, crystal-clear waterways that taste of madra, and submerged research facilities connected by tunnels and chambers. The edges of the world flicker and distort — the pocket dimension is collapsing inward.
