The Ski Lodge is what you'd get if Club Penguin's warmth became a physical building. The fireplace crackles constantly, the board games invite you to sit down with a stranger and play, and the whole space radiates a cabin-in-the-mountains coziness that made winter feel like a hug. Herbert once tried to destroy it for firewood — he wanted to burn the whole thing to stay warm. The EPF stopped him, which is fortunate, because losing the Ski Lodge would have been like losing the island's soul. It was renovated in 2015 but kept the same essential warmth. The Lodge Attic above held mysteries and secret items for those curious enough to explore.
