The secret underground headquarters of the Elite Penguin Force — hidden beneath a phone company, destroyed by a polar bear, rebuilt by the community.
The EPF Command Room is the island's best-kept secret and its most dramatic room. You enter through the Everyday Phoning Facility — a boring-looking phone company office — by passing a disguised test that filters out non-agents. Then the floor drops and you're in a spy headquarters that would make James Bond jealous. This is where the Director (secretly Aunt Arctic) coordinates operations against Herbert. Where Gary builds prototype gadgets. Where Jet Pack Guy receives mission briefings and Rookie accidentally spills coffee on classified documents. The monitors flicker with Herbert's movements, threat levels, and island status. It was destroyed during Operation: Blackout when Herbert breached the facility. The community rebuilt it in February 2013, which felt like more than just fixing a building — it felt like proving that the good guys always come back.
A high-tech operations center hidden beneath the Everyday Phoning Facility in the Ski Village. Banks of monitors display threat assessments and island surveillance. A central command table dominates the room. Blue and silver lighting gives everything a tactical glow. Gadgets and equipment line the walls. It looks like something Gary designed — because he did.
