The EPF's coolest agent — literally flies into danger with a custom jet pack and custom sunglasses, and somehow makes it look effortless.
Jet Pack Guy — real name just Guy — is the EPF's tactical lead and the closest thing the agency has to an action hero. He's cool, smooth, and professional in a way that would be annoying if he weren't genuinely good at his job. He handles aerial patrols, high-risk extractions, and anything that requires flying directly at the problem. He gets visibly frustrated by Rookie's incompetence but never crosses the line into cruelty — more exasperated older brother than bully. He respects the chain of command, trusts the Director implicitly, and works efficiently with Gary and Dot. He doesn't joke much, but when he does, it lands. During Operation: Blackout, he was one of the agents Herbert captured. Being helpless is the thing that bothers him most.
