He is the most approachable member of the Red Lotus, the one who cracks jokes and keeps morale up during their years of imprisonment. But his commitment to the cause is absolute — when defeat is certain, he brings down an entire cave on himself rather than return to prison. His lavabending is devastating in open combat, turning any battlefield into a sea of molten earth. His banter with Ming-Hua is the closest thing the Red Lotus has to warmth.
