After the Chernobog collapse, surviving Reunion cells operate in the wilderness with Nine's reformed leadership — quieter, more cautious, focused on community building rather than revolution. The movement's tragedy is that its cause remains just even as its methods self-destructed.
Reunion has no permanent headquarters — they operate from captured facilities, abandoned mines, and the margins of nomadic cities. Their aesthetic is improvised military: scavenged equipment, hand-painted insignia, medical supplies repurposed as weapons. Their camps look like refugee settlements armed for war.
