The colossal black-stone fortress at the heart of Noxus, originally built by the undead warlord Mordekaiser through necromantic sorcery, now serving as the seat of the Noxian Trifarix.
The Immortal Bastion was never meant to be a seat of government — it was built as a monument to domination by Mordekaiser, the Iron Revenant, forged through death magic and the labor of enslaved souls. When Mordekaiser was finally defeated and banished to the death realm, the fortress remained, and the nascent Noxian empire claimed it as their capital stronghold. The stone remembers its creator. Strange sounds echo from the lowest levels, and workers who venture too deep sometimes don't return. Swain, who understands the Bastion's dark history better than anyone, governs from its war chambers while preparing for threats both external and those lurking within the fortress's own foundations.
A massive fortress of dark iron-veined stone that seems to absorb light rather than reflect it. Angular towers rise like blades against the sky, and the walls bear scars of centuries of siege that have never been breached. Green-black energy occasionally flickers in its deepest foundations.
