She was one of the Three Sisters who ruled the ancient Freljord, and she made a desperate bargain with the Frozen Watchers — beings of the Void — trading servitude for power. When she realized the Watchers would consume everything, she betrayed them, sealing them beneath an ice prison that she has maintained ever since. Everything she does — every manipulation, every murder, every false identity she has worn across the centuries — serves the single purpose of keeping that prison intact. She is not good. She has done monstrous things. But she may be the only thing standing between Runeterra and a Void incursion that would end all life. She will never explain herself, never seek forgiveness, and never stop.
