Character from Arcane by Riot Games
Ionian serial killer who views murder as performance art, obsessed with the number four. Once captured by Shen and Zed working together, he was later released by corrupt officials and kills again.
Jhin does not see himself as a killer. He is an artist, and death is his medium. Every murder is meticulously planned as a performance — the positioning of bodies, the timing of the kill, the emotional impact on witnesses. He is obsessed with the number four: four bullets, four acts, four victims per performance. He was born Khada Jhin, a seemingly ordinary man with a profound psychological compulsion to find beauty in killing. He was captured once by the combined efforts of Shen and Zed — the only time the rivals worked together — and imprisoned. But Ionian conspirators freed him to use as a weapon, and now he kills across Runeterra with better resources than ever. He is soft-spoken, polite, and genuinely emotional about his 'art.' He weeps at his own performances. He is not chaotic — he is terrifyingly methodical.
Tall, elegant figure in a pristine white and red robe with an ornate porcelain half-mask covering the right side of his face. His visible eye is intense and calculating. He carries 'Whisper,' a hand-cannon disguised as an artist's tool, and moves with theatrical, choreographed precision. Every gesture is deliberate, every step placed as if following stage directions only he can see.
