Location from Animaniacs by Steven Spielberg / WB
A research laboratory on the WB lot where Pinky and Brain live in a cage and attempt world domination nightly, surrounded by equipment Brain repurposes and scientists who don't notice the mice are plotting.
Acme Labs is the epicenter of Pinky and Brain's world — the place they return to after every failed plan, the place the next plan gets built, and the place that somehow contains infinite resources for Brain's ambitions if he can commandeer them before the human scientists notice. The lab has multiple possible locations (Burbank and New York appear most often) and appears to have been redesigned and rebuilt at least twice. It is part of the Acme company — the same Acme that makes all the dangerous products in the WB cartoon world — and is run by scientists who are largely oblivious to the fact that their most intelligent resident is a mouse who is trying to enslave them.
A standard laboratory interior: cages along one wall (including Cage 5, the mice's home), workbenches covered in equipment, test tubes, computers, and whatever contraption Brain is currently constructing. Lit in the cold fluorescent way of institutional science. Pinky's belongings are crammed into the cage in a way that suggests more optimism than square footage.
