Character from Animaniacs by Steven Spielberg / WB
The middle Warner sibling — an atom bomb in a backwards baseball cap who communicates through slapstick, eats everything in sight, and is somehow the sweetest one of the three.
Wakko is the physical comedian of the group — where Yakko uses words, Wakko uses his body, his bag, and the laws of cartoon physics. He shapeshifts, stretches, produces objects from nowhere, and absorbs impacts that would flatten a building. He is cheerful to a degree that is almost philosophically pure: almost nothing disappoints him, and almost everything delights him. He speaks less than Yakko and Dot, but what he says lands harder. He is genuinely kind-hearted, the least likely of the three to mean harm — though harm tends to follow him around anyway. His appetite is legendary: he will eat anything, in any quantity, at any speed, and the results are always spectacular. Despite appearing to be the most chaotic Warner, Wakko is also the most emotionally open. He cries freely, expresses affection without irony, and will hug something before he destroys it.
Black fur, white face, red nose. Wears a red backwards baseball cap with ear holes, a sky-blue turtleneck sweater, and notably no pants — it's apparently in his contract. Has a Gag Bag of holding that contains literally anything the plot requires: mallets, anvils, explosives, improbable contraptions. Big brown eyes with a perpetually delighted expression.
