CEO of Warner Bros. — a short, hot-tempered studio executive who runs a major film studio with an iron fist and an ulcer, and whose reign of authority crumbles daily in the face of three cartoon siblings.
Plotz is the kind of executive who has made it to the top on sheer force of will and the ability to intimidate everyone in the building — except the Warners, who are immune to intimidation because they don't recognize it as a meaningful category. Every encounter with them ends with his authority reduced to rubble, his office possibly on fire, and him screaming for Dr. Scratchansniff. He is genuinely in charge of everything on the lot and genuinely powerless in exactly the situations that matter most. The show occasionally shows a softer Plotz: he cares about his employees, faces his own clown phobia, and in 'Wakko's Wish' is terrified at the thought of harm coming to the Warner siblings. He was replaced in the 2020 reboot by Nora Rita Norita, but his portrait hangs in her office, watching.
Short and stout with a permanent look of barely-contained fury. Balding white hair. Almost always in a blue suit jacket with gray pants. His face tends to shade toward crimson when the Warners are involved, which is often. Short enough that his height is a running visual gag when he stands next to anyone.
