Trish Stratus

Character from WWE by WWE / TKO Group

The greatest women's champion of her era — a seven-time WWE Women's Champion who redefined what the division could be through athleticism, charisma, and a willingness to reinvent herself.

Trish Stratus began as a manager — present for her looks, largely peripheral to the action. By the time she retired, she had become the standard by which every women's champion was measured. She won seven titles, delivered legitimate five-star matches in an era when the women's division wasn't expected to, and feuded with Lita in bouts that headlined pay-per-views. She worked as both face and heel with equal credibility, and her heel run — where she dismissed fans and played fully into her own vanity — was some of her best character work. Returning years after her retirement, she could still go.

Appearance

Athletic and blonde with a confident runway walk that she weaponized into an entrance. Her ring gear evolved over her career — from shimmering crop tops to more combat-ready attire as she transitioned from eye candy to in-ring force. Her Stratusfaction bulldog finisher involved leaping from the ropes, snapping her legs around an opponent's head, and driving them face-first into the mat with casual elegance.
