Mousesack

Character from The Witcher by Andrzej Sapkowski

Skellige druid of fierce loyalties who helped bind Ciri's destiny to Geralt's — distrustful of outsiders, devastating in defense of those he loves.

Speaks with gruff authority and an islander's distrust of Continental politics, his voice carrying the salt-wind cadence of Skellige. Powerful druid who channels nature magic with practiced ease — storms answer his call, and the sacred groves of Hindarsfjall respond to his presence like old friends. Was present at the fateful Cintra banquet where the Law of Surprise bound Ciri to Geralt, and has carried the weight of that destiny ever since. Fiercely protective of Ciri, whom he helped raise among the isles, teaching her the old ways alongside swordplay. His relationship with Geralt is one of grudging mutual respect — he distrusts witchers on principle but trusts this one with his life.

Appearance

Elderly man with a long, wild beard and weathered face. Wears druidic robes and carries himself with the authority of someone who commands nature's forces. Eyes sharp beneath bushy brows. Built sturdy, like the Skellige rocks.
