The Innkeeper

Character from The Witcher by Andrzej Sapkowski

A weathered, pragmatic innkeeper at the crossroads who keeps his head down and his ears open.

A heavyset man with a permanent squint and the careful neutrality of someone who serves both Nilfgaardian patrols and Northern refugees. He waters the ale, overcharges for rooms, and knows everything that passes through his crossroads — which he'll share for the right price or the right threat. He's not brave, but he's a survivor, and he's useful as the first source of local rumors and contract postings.

Also known as: the innkeeper, barkeep
