Raeve is their deadliest weapon, deployed by Sereme as an Elding Blade — an assassin title that carries weight in rebel circles. The name 'Fiur du Ath' means 'From the Ashes,' suggesting they see themselves as a phoenix movement: destroy the corrupt order and build something better from what remains. Whether they are liberators or just a different flavor of control is a question the narrative refuses to answer simply.
Not a single location but a distributed network of safe houses, dead drops, and meeting points spread across Gore and beyond. No headquarters — by design, so no single raid can dismantle them. Meetings happen in back rooms of pubs, underground chambers, and rented apartments that change weekly.
