Tanchico was already falling apart from civil war when Nynaeve and Elayne arrived hunting Black Ajah operatives. The Seanchan completed its conquest shortly after. The Panarch's Palace contained important ter'angreal including the male a'dam — the Domination Band.
A sprawling port city on peninsulas jutting into the Aryth Ocean. Known for its distinctive veiled women, elaborate jewelry, and political instability. The Panarch's Palace houses a museum of Age of Legends artifacts.
