Amadicia is what happens when a military-religious order runs a country. The Children of the Light are the real power, the king does what the Lord Captain Commander tells him, and anyone suspected of channeling faces persecution. It was eventually conquered by the Seanchan, who replaced one form of oppression with another.
A landlocked nation with a capital (Amador) dominated by the Fortress of the Light — the Whitecloak headquarters. The landscape is unremarkable; the politics are the interesting part.
