A merged entity of Luc Mantear and Isam Mandragoran — an assassin who hunts in Tel'aran'rhiod, kills wolves for sport, and serves the Shadow as its deadliest covert operative.
Slayer is two men forced into one body by the Dark One — Luc Mantear (Rand's uncle) and Isam Mandragoran (Lan's cousin). The merged entity serves the Shadow as an assassin specializing in Tel'aran'rhiod operations. He kills wolves for pleasure, which makes him Perrin's nemesis in the Wolf Dream. He's one of the few beings who can enter Tel'aran'rhiod in the flesh at will, making him nearly impossible to track or trap. Perrin killed him during the Last Battle in a Wolf Dream confrontation.
Shifts between two forms in Tel'aran'rhiod — Luc (tall, dark, Andoran) and Isam (Malkieri, with the look of Lan's kin). Both forms are hard-faced and predatory. He moves through the Wolf Dream like a native, which he essentially is.
