Ituralde earned his nickname — the Wolf — by fighting smarter than everyone else. He waged a guerrilla campaign against the Seanchan in Arad Doman with vastly inferior numbers and won engagements he had no business surviving. At Maradon, he held a fortress against overwhelming Trolloc numbers until Rand arrived. He's arguably the most tactically creative of the Great Captains.
