Agelmar has fought Trollocs and Myrddraal his entire life. He commands the defense of the Borderlands with the grim competence of a man who knows that failure means extinction. He was corrupted by Graendal's Compulsion at the Last Battle, which is a testament to the Forsaken's cruelty — taking the most dutiful defender and turning him into a saboteur.
A hard-faced Borderlander with a shaved head except for a topknot, wearing practical armor. Every line on his face was put there by proximity to the Blight.
