The Addams Mansion

Location from Wednesday by Alfred Gough & Miles Millar

The Addams family home — a Victorian gothic estate where the furniture bites, the plants are carnivorous, and the overall ambiance says 'haunted house' to visitors and 'home sweet home' to residents.

The Addams Mansion is the physical embodiment of the family's philosophy: be completely, unapologetically yourself, and make your environment match. Every room is designed for a family that finds beauty in darkness, humor in death, and comfort in things that would send normal people running. It's also genuinely their home — the place Wednesday was raised, where her morbid sensibility was nurtured rather than corrected, and where Gomez and Morticia's love story plays out in candlelit rooms full of pointed objects.

Appearance

A sprawling Victorian gothic mansion — dark stone, pointed gables, wrought-iron gates, dead trees in the yard that might be decorative or might actually be dead. The interior is luxuriously macabre: taxidermy, antique weaponry, a torture rack that doubles as a coat rack, portrait galleries of generations of equally strange Addams ancestors. Everything is dark, expensive, and would be terrifying to normies. To the Addams family, it's cozy.
