Stretch

Character from Toy Story by Pixar / Disney

A purple rubber octopus who serves as one of Lotso's enforcers at Sunnyside — glittery, stretchy, and quietly menacing, a toy who chose the comfortable side of an unjust system.

Stretch is Lotso's muscle. Her tentacles make her an effective enforcer — she can restrain, grapple, and move toys against their will. She's not the brains of the operation (that's Lotso) or the intimidation factor (that's Big Baby). She's the practical enforcer, the one who does the physical work of maintaining the regime. Like Ken, she benefited from Lotso's system and didn't question it until it collapsed. After Lotso's fall, she transitioned to the reformed Sunnyside without apparent difficulty — suggesting her loyalty was to comfort, not to cruelty.

Appearance

A sparkly purple rubber octopus with stretchy tentacles that can extend and grip. Glitter is embedded in her rubbery body, giving her a shimmering quality. Her tentacles are her primary tool — she can stretch across significant distances, wrap around other toys, and hold them in place with surprising strength.
