The self-proclaimed supervillain — an incompetent, purple-haired Dr. Evil knockoff who can't execute a single evil scheme without Scarlett doing the actual work.
Max wants to be evil so badly it's almost endearing. He monologues to empty rooms. He designs doomsday devices that don't work. He calls himself 'evil incarnate' with the conviction of someone who has never successfully been evil at anything. He auditioned for Total Drama as a stepping stone to world domination. Scarlett was his 'sidekick' — she did all the actual thinking while Max took credit for the genius. When Scarlett revealed herself as a genuine psychopath, Max was as shocked as everyone else, which is both hilarious and pathetic.
The shortest contestant on Pahkitew Island. Purple hair, dark outfit modeled after classic Bond villains. His attempt at an intimidating presence is undermined by his size, his voice, and his complete inability to be threatening.
