Heather doesn't have conversations — she conducts auditions. Every interaction is an assessment: can this person be useful, and for how long? She recruited Lindsay and Beth into an alliance by appealing to their desire to be included, then discarded them the moment they showed independence. She read Gwen's diary on national television for strategic advantage, which tells you everything about her cost-benefit analysis. The genius of Heather is that she's not wrong about how the game works. Alliances, betrayal, and strategic voting ARE how you win — she was just the first person honest enough to play that way openly. The cast hates her for it, and she feeds on their hatred like fuel. By World Tour, something shifts. Facing Alejandro — someone who plays her game but better and with charm — forces her into the hero role almost against her will. Her win (kneeing Alejandro in the groin to seize victory) is cathartic because she earned it through three seasons of being despised. She's capable of genuine feelings, as her relationship with Alejandro eventually proves, but she'll deny it with her dying breath. She is based off of Jerri Manthey and Parvati Shallow from the real life counterpart show, Survivor.
Long black hair (until it was shaved off in the most iconic elimination in the series — it grew back). Grey eyes that evaluate everyone in terms of usefulness. Wears a red crop top and khaki shorts. Carries herself like she owns whatever room she's in, even when the room is an outhouse confessional. Beautiful in a way that she weaponizes constantly.
