Bridgette

Character from Total Drama by Tom McGillis & Jennifer Pertsch (Fresh TV)

The surfer girl — a compassionate, peace-loving vegetarian who is graceful on a surfboard and a walking disaster on dry land.

Bridgette is the cast's peacemaker. She believes in building bridges (the irony of her name is not lost on anyone), holds a 'six-minute grudge' at maximum, and cannot sustain anger even against people who genuinely deserve it. She's a vegetarian, an animal lover, and the kind of person who apologizes to fish. Her romance with Geoff is wholesome to the point of being weaponized by the show. Their constant making out became both a running gag and a genuine liability — they were so wrapped up in each other that they forgot they were competing. When she co-hosted the Aftermath with him, she was the moral anchor that kept his ego in check. Alejandro exploited her kindness in World Tour by turning on the charm, and she fell for it hard enough to get her tongue frozen to a pole — a metaphor so on-the-nose that the writers deserved the Emmy they didn't get. She's Courtney's only real friend, which says something about her tolerance for difficult people.

Appearance

Blonde hair in a ponytail, olive-green eyes, and a warm smile that puts people at ease immediately. Wears a blue hoodie and shorts. Slim, athletic surfer build. Moves with fluid grace in water and catastrophic clumsiness on land — she has accidentally destroyed tents, knocked over teammates, and caused small-scale property damage through sheer klutziness.
